Built by an operator, for operators.

Intelligent AI World is a vertical AI agency and AI development company. We take one high-value workflow in a regulated industry, ship it to production, and stand behind the outcome.

One bet we build around.

The next trillion-dollar AI company won't be a chatbot. It will own a critical workflow inside a regulated, high-revenue industry — and get paid for the outcome.

Horizontal assistants are a race to zero. The value isn't in the model — it's in the workflow the model is trusted to run. The winners will sit inside admissions, claims adjudication, clinical intake, and contract review, where accuracy moves real money and an error has a compliance cost.

That trust has to be earned in production, under audit, with a human accountable for the result. So we build there: narrow scope, measurable output, priced against the work it replaces — not the software it ships on.

We ship our own products before yours.

A studio, not a consultancy. Client work gets the same production discipline as our own launches.

  • We dogfood. Eleven products shipped, nine of them launched on Product Hunt. We've shipped the unglamorous parts — auth, eval harnesses, fallback logic — so your build doesn't start from a blog post.
  • Vertical, not horizontal. One workflow, one industry, all the way down. Depth is the moat.
  • Production discipline. Evals before deploy. Observability after. A rollback plan that exists before launch, not after the incident.
  • Outcome-aligned. We price against the work the agent does, not the seats it occupies. If it doesn't move your number, it isn't done.
Why a studio, not an agency

Every engagement solves the same unglamorous problems — document ingestion, evaluation harnesses, human review, drift monitoring. What generalizes becomes shared infrastructure, so the second agent in a vertical ships cheaper than the first. It's the same infrastructure under SimplOS, our AI-native operating system.

Operator who builds and ships.

An operator who writes the code and ships the product. He runs the in-house lab where every IAW agent pattern is built, broken, and hardened before it touches a client environment.

The focus is narrow on purpose: healthcare, legal, and universities — document-heavy work with real stakes.

What that has produced so far. Shipped software, not slideware: Medix in healthcare operations, Dona Legal for legal drafting and review, SimplOS — the AI-native operating system the studio runs on — plus Twinn me, CLOSR, and Rockets AI, built with the University of Toledo. Eleven products shipped, nine of them launched publicly on Product Hunt.

Why a studio and not a job. Every one of those builds hit the same wall: the model was never the hard part. Ingestion, evaluation, review gates, and drift monitoring were. IAW exists to own that wall — and to be paid on whether it clears.

The honest version

One founder, deliberately. No sales team, no bench, no account managers — the person who scopes your build writes it and answers when it breaks. That is the advantage and the constraint, so we take a few engagements at a time and say no to the rest. If procurement requires vendor continuity, we put it in writing before you sign.
