The controller.

HK Group of Companies LLC, trading as Intelligent AI World (IAW), is the data controller for information submitted through www.theiaw.co. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@theiaw.co.

Only what you type into a form.

• Contact and brief forms. Your name, work email, organisation, industry, task volume, timeline, and the workflow description you choose to write. You control every field.
• Email correspondence. If you write to us, we keep the thread so we can answer it.
• No tracking. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers on this site. We do not build a profile of you and we do not fingerprint your device.
• No advertising cookies. The site stores one item in your browser's session storage so a short intro animation does not replay on every page. It is not a cookie, it holds no personal data, and it is cleared when you close the tab.

To reply to you.

• To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to scope and price the work you asked about.
• To send The Intelligent Enterprise if you asked for it. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe and we honour it immediately.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
• Lawful basis. Where UK or EU law applies, we rely on legitimate interest to respond to a business enquiry you initiated, and on consent for marketing email.

Our subprocessors.

• Form delivery. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a third-party form relay, which processes the submission solely to deliver it and does not use it for its own purposes.
• Email and hosting. Our email provider and our website host process data on our instruction. The site itself is static and holds no database of visitors.
• Client engagements are separate. Nothing in this policy covers data processed inside a paid engagement. That is governed by the contract and, where personal or health data is involved, by a signed data processing agreement or BAA. See Trust & Security.

Ask and it is gone.

• Retention. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you started, then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
• Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where UK, EU, Indian, Singaporean, or UAE law gives you additional rights, we honour those too.
• How to exercise them. Email hello@theiaw.co. We respond within 30 days and there is no charge.
• Complaints. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
