The Readiness Map carries a refund if it can't find a workflow worth $200K a year for an SMB, $500K at mid-market and above. Production Sprints are priced to a defined ROI target — where the metric is clean, part of our fee moves with it. Agent Operations includes a share of the value we can measure. When the agent stops paying, so do we.
If the AI Readiness Map doesn't surface a workflow worth at least $200K in annual value (SMB engagements) or $500K (mid-market and enterprise), the engagement is refunded — measured against a baseline we agree at kickoff. The downside is ours to carry, not yours.

Yes. Production Agent Sprints are outcome-priced wherever the ROI metric is unambiguous, and Agent Operations always carries a share of the value created. We win when you do — and we're explicit about how that value is measured before any contract is signed.

The AI Readiness Map is where an engagement is designed to begin. It's fixed-scope, low-risk, and ends with one concrete workflow to ship — plus a board-ready brief. From there, a Production Agent Sprint takes that workflow into production.
Is there a refund guarantee?
Yes, on the AI Readiness Map. If it doesn't surface a workflow worth at least $200K in annual value (SMB) or $500K (mid-market and above), the engagement is refunded in full. We'd rather carry that risk than sell you a map to nowhere.
