Terms of service.
The short version of how we work together. Your signed order or statement of work adds the details for your project, and where the two differ, the signed document wins.
01 / Who we are
Who you are working with.
- HK Group of Companies LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, trading as Intelligent AI World (IAW). Contact: hello@theiaw.co.
02 / Pricing
How we price.
- AI agents. A one-time production fee to build, connect and test the agent, then a monthly plan to run it. Entry agents start at $1,500 plus $99 a month. Your price for your team size and revenue is confirmed in writing before work starts.
- AI operating systems. A one-time setup fee sized to the results you want, then prepaid runs of results priced per result for your business size. What counts as a result is agreed in writing before work starts.
- Taxes. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies.
03 / Guarantee
Results, or refunded.
- The guarantee. Results we haven’t delivered within 60 days are refunded at the price you paid. The 60 days run from when your agents can start work, and pause while we wait on access, approvals or information from you.
- Results past target. Results delivered beyond the target of a prepaid run are free.
- What it does not cover. Production fees for completed builds, design services, and third-party costs you approved in advance.
04 / Payments
Payments and renewals.
- Card on file. If you choose to save a card, you authorize us to charge it only for the items and amounts described in your order, including renewals of a run you have not stopped. We notify you before each renewal.
- Monthly plans. Billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Yearly plans and no-upfront plans carry a 12-month commitment, as stated on your order.
- Late payment. If an invoice is more than 15 days overdue we may pause the service until it is paid.
05 / Ownership
Who owns what.
- Yours. The code, prompts, evaluations and data we build for you belong to you once paid for.
- Ours. Our own platforms (including Mercury OS and SimplOS), tools and know-how remain ours. You receive the right to use them for the services you buy.
- Your data. We process your data only to deliver the service. See the privacy policy and Trust & Security.
06 / Legal
The fine print.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
- Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date below. Signed orders keep the terms in force when you signed. Last updated 20 October 2026.
